Jimmy Joins Genie For Panto
South Wales Guardian
January 11, 2012

IT’S your last chance to see pop legend Jimmy Osmond take the lead of Aladdin at Swansea Grand Theatre’s winter panto, with the cast making their final stage appearances this week.

The youngest of the world-famous Osmond dynasty, Jimmy was seen on the ITV series Popstar to Operastar. He made his debut in London’s West End in Grease and then went on to star as Billy Flynn in the UK tour of Chicago.

Jimmy has six gold records to his credit and was the youngest ever solo chart-topper with his hit, Long-Haired Lover From Liverpool, which he recorded when he was nine in 1972!

The cast shares the stage alongside a very special and unusual co-star as a 3D Genie of the Lamp!

Aladdin will appear at Swansea Grand until Sunday, January 15.
